What the site uses
The website's own scripts do not set analytics, advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Images, styles and scripts are requested from the site's own files. Links to external reference organizations are ordinary links, not embedded tracking widgets.
Cookies are small values stored by a browser and commonly returned with web requests. LocalStorage is a separate browser storage mechanism. This site's preference tool uses localStorage to remember a choice on your device; its script does not send that choice to a server.

Cookie settings
No optional cookies are currently used. Accept and Essential Only both preserve that behavior; these controls simply record your preference. Accepting here does not authorize unspecified future tracking.
JavaScript is needed to read or save a local preference. No optional cookies are used.
Changing or removing a preference
You can replace your choice using the controls above. To remove the saved value entirely, clear this site's data through your browser's privacy or site-settings controls. Clearing site data removes the remembered choice; it does not delete emails you have already sent or downloaded letters on your device.
Storage is specific to the browser and device where the choice is made. Private browsing, blocked storage or automatic data deletion can prevent it from being remembered. Reading the journal does not depend on saving a choice.
The correspondence tool
The Contact page does not store your letter in localStorage. A copy action writes to your clipboard only when you request it. A download action creates a local plain-text file. Browser-managed form history and downloaded files are controlled separately by your browser and device.
Changes and questions
If optional storage is introduced, its purpose and controls must be explained before it is used where consent is required. For information about server request information and emailed correspondence, read our Privacy notice.
